WEST UNION — A crane rental company is suing a business customer, alleging it owes more than $44,000 breach of contract.
ALL Crane & Equipment Rental Corporation filed a complaint in Doddridge Circuit Court against Antero Midstream LLC, Antero Resources Corporation and Boulder Energy Solutions, LLC alleging the defendants materially defaulted upon the contractual agreement.
According to the complaint, on June 13, 2017, ALL Crane delivered and furnished to the defendants work, equipment and/or services, particularly the rental of a crane and the work and labor associated therewith, pursuant to the binding contractual agreement for work related to the Antero South Canton compressor station in West Union.
However, the suit says, ALL Crane has not received payment for the work it performed and for the cranes it supplied to and for the benefit of defendants.
The plaintiff alleges Antero Midstream, Antero Resources and Boulder Energy Solutions have failed to compensate plaintiff for the work it performed and/or for the services and equipment it provided.
ALL Crane & Equipment Rental seeks trial by jury, judgment of $44,311.16, together with interest, plus costs of action, pre- and post-judgment interest and all additional proper and just relief. It is represented by attorneys Shawn R. Romano and Miles B. Berger of Romano & Associates PLLC in Charleston.
