Supplier alleges St. Albans hotel operator owes $22,000

CHARLESTON — A supplier is suing a St. Albans hotel operator, alleging unpaid goods.

HD Supply Facilities Maintenance Ltd. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Princess Hotel Group LLC, doing business as Arlington Inn and Suite/St. Albans, alleging failure to fully pay the goods provided by the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, HD Supply provided goods to the Arlington Inn and Suite/St. Albans on credit. After all proper credits for payments, the suit says, the amount $22,286.91 remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff alleges Arlington Inn and Suite/St. Albans, despite demand for payments, has failed to pay what is due.

HD Supply Facilities Maintenance seeks trial by jury, judgment of $22,286.91, plus interest of 4.5 percent from date of judgment until paid, court costs and all other proper relief. It is represented by attorney Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in Mineral Wells.
