Dinsmore & Shohl LLP issued the following announcement on Nov. 2.
For a second year, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity has named Dinsmore & Shohl LLP a top performer among its member law firms. The distinction is given based on demonstrated action and commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. Nationally, only 35 law firms received the designation.
“Our commitment to diversity is a fundamental part of our culture as a firm and what we strive to accomplish,” said Marty Dunn, chair of Dinsmore’s diversity committee. “It’s an honor to be included among the nation’s top firms and corporations for our efforts to make this field more inclusive.”
LCLD is an organization with more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners among its members. Its mission is to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession through training, development and mentoring opportunities.
