PRINCETON — A Mercer County customer is suing a storage facility operator, alleging breach of a lease agreement.

Michael Barlow filed a complaint in Mercer Circuit Court against Professional Technologies Inc., alleging failure to provide a safe and secure storage unit.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 15, 2016, Barlow entered into an agreement with Professional Technologies to lease a safe and secure storage unit on a monthly basis.

As a result of the defendant's wrongful conduct, the suit says, Barlow's personal property and priceless family heirlooms have been lost. The plaintiff alleges Professional Technologies unlawfully removed and converted Barlow's personal property and family heirlooms for its own benefit.

Barlow seeks trial by jury, all damages with interest, attorney fees, court costs, expenses and all other just and appropriate relief. He is represented by attorney Ryan Flanigan of Flanigan Law Office in Princeton.
