Haz-Tech Environmental allegedly defaulted on equipment lease

RIPLEY – A Ripley business is alleged to owe nearly $60,000 on an equipment lease.

NS Leasing LLC, doing business as North Star Leasing Co., filed a complaint in Jackson Circuit Court against Haz-Tech Environmental LLC alleging default on a lease agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant leased two trucks from it in 2015. It alleges the defendant owes the sum of $58,880.80 due on the lease. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $58,880.80, attorney's fees of $11,776.16, plus interest, costs and all other relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in Mineral Wells.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Lora Dyer.
