CHARLESTON — A former employee is suing Triana Services Company, LLC, a company, citing alleged unpaid wages.
Dall K. Wright filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Triana Services Company, LLC alleging that the company breached the Employment Agreement by failing pay plaintiff his wages and provided his irrevocable release.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 2, 2018, he provided written notice, as required in the Employment Agreement that he was terminating his employment with defendant with a valid reason. However, despite his verbal and written requests, defendant allegedly did not deliver his irrevocable release of claims and base salary as agreed in his employment contract. The plaintiff holds Triana Services Company, LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the consideration of "100 percent of the officer's base salary payable in monthly installments, for a period of two years after termination" as required of plaintiff's employment agreement.
