CHARLESTON — A Cabin Creek hydro-seeding company is suing an energy business, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

J&G Seeding Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Revelation Energy LLC, alleging failure to perform its obligations under the terms of the contract and owing more than $55,000.

According to the complaint, on two occasions, in March and April 2018, J&G Seeding provided labor, equipment and materials to hydro-seed 80 acres of property in two separate locations in Rush Creek for $27,600 each. To date, the suit says, Revelation Energy still owes plaintiff $55,200.

The plaintiff alleges Revelation Energy, despite various requests for payments, has ignored and denied such requests.

J&G Seeding seeks trial by jury,  judgment of $55,200, court costs, attorney fees and all other proper relief. It is represented by attorney Larry G. Kopelman of Kopelman & Associates LC in Charleston.
