Pennsylvania corporation sues property owner, alleges breach of contract

MORGANTOWN — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing a property owner, citing alleged breach of contract.

JRH Restoration d/b/a Servpro of Morgantown filed a complaint in Monongalia Circuit Court against Conl' and Franc Ltd. alleging that the property owner failed to pay for the plaintiff's services.

According to the complaint, JRH Restoration alleges that on Jan. 3, 2018, it provided mitigation, restoration and repair services to the defendant's property at 422 High Street in Morgantown for $27,764. The plaintiff holds Conl' and Franc Ltd. responsible because it allegedly failed to remit any payment for the plaintiff's services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in plaintiff's favor in the amount of $27,764, with interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other justifiable relief. It is represented by Jonathan C. Beech of Poerio & Walter Inc. in Pittsburgh.
