Advertising company sues air conditioning contractor citing alleged breach of contract

BECKLEY — An advertising company is suing an air conditioning contractor, citing alleged breach of its advertising contract.

Ogden Directories Inc. d/b/a Eztouse.com filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Laxton's Heating, Cooling & Electrical Inc. alleging that it failed to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Ogden Directories alleges that it provided advertising services to the defendant on credit. As of the filing of the complaint, $11,915 remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds Laxton's Heating, Cooling & Electrical Inc. responsible because it allegedly failed to pay for the plaintiff's services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant of $11,915, plus interest, costs, filing fee of $200 and service fee of $25. It is represented by James B. Atkins, Paul S. Atkins and Bree Whipp Ogle of Atkins & Ogle Law Offices LC in Buffalo.
