CHARLESTON — A financial institution is seeking more than $80,000 allegedly owed on a lease.
CBRE Inc filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Chico's FAS Inc.
According to the complaint, Chico's owes $83,942.83 plus interest after failing to maintain monthly payments as agreed upon with CBRE for space at the Charleston Town Center mall.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Julia A. Chincheck, Marc A. Monteleone and Zachary J. Rosencrance of Bowles Rice LLP in Charleston.
The case has been assigned to Judge Tera L. Selango.
