CHARLESTON — A corporation claims a mining company owes it more than $35,000 for services.
Mouldagraph Corporation filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Pritchard Mining Inc.
According to the complaint, Pritchard Mining failed to pay off a balance of $35,936.96 plus interest owed to Mouldagraph for services it performed.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs.
The case has been assigned to Judge Charles E. King.
