CHARLESTON — A bank is seeking more than $117,000, claiming that a customer failed to pay.
Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T) filed a complaint in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia against Logan Oncology Care Associates LLC.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 17, 2012, Logan Oncology Care Associates executed a promissory note payable to BB&T for $250,000. The suit states that the defendant is currently in breach of contract for $117,033.77 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by W. Eric Gadd of Spilman, Thomas & Battle in Wheeling.
