Auto parts company alleges customer owes more than $27,000

PRINCETON — An auto parts company claims a customer owes it more than $27,000.

Gene Buchner, d/b/a NAPA Blackwell Auto Parts filed a complaint in Mercer Circuit Court against D&R Automotive.

According to the complaint, Buchner supplied a number of NAPA auto parts to D&R Automotive, which has failed to pay off the balance owed for the goods, totaling $27,760.69 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of failure to pay a balance owed.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Buchner is representing himself.

The case has been assigned to Judge Derek C. Swope.
