Man claims Dodge vehicle he purchased didn't meet manufacturer's standards

BLUEFIELD — A man claims a car he was sold was not in conformity with manufacturer's standards.

Tyler Rich filed a complaint in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia against FCA US LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff claims a vehicle purchased from Dodge Inc. was not in compliance with the manufacturer's express warranties.

The defendant is accused of violation of lemon law.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Adam Martin of Sutter O'Connell in Cleveland, Ohio.

The case has been removed from district to federal court, where it was assigned to Judge Thomas Johnston.
