Ryder Truck claims commercial customer owes over $92,000

CHARLESTON — A truck rental company is seeking more than $92,000 in sums due.

Ryder Truck Rental Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 6 in the Kanawha County Circuit Court against Mid South Carbon Corp.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for breach of contract. The suit states the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $92,935.24 plus interest for rentals that were issued to the defendant. The defendant has allegedly failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arch Riley Jr. of Berstein-Burkley in Wheeling.

The case has been assigned to Judge Joanna Tabit.
