SUMMERSVILLE — Two women are seeking damages, claiming they were harassed by a lender for six months.
Jackie and Michelle Stephenson filed a complaint in Nicholas Circuit Court against Ally Financial Inc.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are seeking damages for events that took place between January and June 2015, when they were called repeatedly by the defendant who was trying to seek payments on the plaintiffs' account.
The defendant is accused of harassment.
The plaintiffs are seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Anthony Ciliberti Jr. of Ciliberti Law Office in Fayetteville.
The case has been assigned to Judge Stephen Callaghan.
