HUNTINGTON — A couple claims they were harassed by telemarketers.
Brian and Jessica Reilly filed a complaint in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia against Dynamic Recovery Solutions LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are seeking damages for telemarketing calls placed by the defendant despite being plaintiffs being on the do not call registry. The plaintiffs additionally demanded that the calls stop on May 24, 2018, but the defendant allegedly failed to stop contacting them.
The defendant is accused of violation of the law of invasion of privacy, telephone harassment.
The case has been removed to federal court.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Benjamin Sheridan of Klein & Sheridan in Hurricane.
