Justin Harrison has been appointed to serve as the new Chair of the Employment Law Committee of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia (DTCWV). The DTCWV was formed in 1981 to provide a network of West Virginia lawyers who defend individuals and businesses in civil litigation. It currently has a membership of over 500 lawyers dedicated to the defense of these clients.
Harrison is a Member in the firm’s Charleston, West Virginia office and practices in the Labor & Employment Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of preventative counseling, employment litigation and traditional labor relations matters. He is also a frequent author and presenter on various labor and employment law topics.
Harrison has been recognized by Chambers USA and West Virginia Super Lawyers for his work in the field of labor and employment law.
