Man claims West Virginia Automobile company driver negligently struck his car

CHARLESTON — A man is seeking damages, alleging a negligent driver struck his car.

Jesse Wolfe filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against West Virginia Automobile Inc. and Vincent Morris.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Aug. 3, 2017 when the plaintiff was operating a vehicle on U.S. 119. The suit states the defendant was approaching the plaintiff and struck the plaintiff's vehicle.

The defendant is accused of negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Truman Griffith of Warner Law Offices in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tod Kaufman.
