CHARLESTON — A company alleges its wall was damaged by a negligent truck driver.
Park Systems Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Waste Management of West Virginia.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on March 3, 2017, when the defendant allegedly backed its truck into a wall on the plaintiff's property. The plaintiff reports it has suffered $11,500 in damages.
The defendant is accused of negligence and recklessness.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Otis Mann Jr.
The case has been assigned to Judge Joanna Tabit.
