Kentucky company alleges Bradford Bros. Asphalt owes nearly $30,000

BECKLEY – A Kentucky equipment company alleges that it is owed more than $29,000 in sums due from a Glen Daniel business.

Rudd Equipment Co. filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Bradford Bros. Asphalt and Construction Co.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided parts and services to the defendant from December 2014 to July 2015 and the defendant was obligated to pay the plaintiff more than $29,000. The defendant allegedly has failed to pay the balance for the balance of $29,281.34 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of action on account, unjust enrichment and promissory estoppel.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Danielle J. Lewis and Gregory Metzger of Reminger Co. in Louisville, Kentucky.

The case has been assigned to Judge Andrew G. Dimlich.
