Kentucky company alleges Revelation Energy owes more than $55,000

HUNTINGTON – A Kentucky equipment company is suing a Milton energy company for more than $55,000 for allegedly unpaid accounts.

Rudd Equipment Co. filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Revelation Energy LLC alleging unjust enrichment.

The suit states that the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff was to provide services and parts to the defendant. The plaintiff alleges it provided the services agreed to for periods in 2016 and 2017 and sent invoices to the defendant.

The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay $55,800.10.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs as well as trial by jury. The plaintiff is represented by Danielle J. Lewis and Gregory S. Metzger of Reminger Co. LPA in Louisville.
