LOGAN – A Wisconsin company alleges a Logan clinic failed to pay in full for goods it ordered.
Safe Step LLC filed a complaint in Logan Circuit Court against Williamson Foot Clinic PLLC.
The suit states that the plaintiff sold and delivered goods to the defendant and the defendant accepted the goods.
The plaintiff alleges that of Sept. 30, 2017, there remained a balance of $5,036.44 due and owing by the defendant as well as interest for the balance of $1,246.83, for a total balance owed of $6,283.27.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Arch W. Riley Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley PC in Wheeling.
The case has been assigned to Judge Joshua Butcher.
