HUNTINGTON — A jail inmate is suing the medical company that employed a nurse, alleging she was sexually exploited and sexually harassed by the employee.

Michelle Juzwik filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Primecare Medical of West Virginia Inc., PSIMED Corrections LLC, and John Doe.

The suit states the plaintiff was sexually harassed by the defendant's employee, Robert Craig Conner, at Western Regional Jail during March 2017. The plaintiff was supposed to be supervised by the defendant's employee, but Conner instead allegedly made sexually exploitive comments to her and sexually battered the plaintiff, even using his position of power to coerce sexual favors from the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of acts of omission, discrimination, battery and civil assault, and sexual harassment and assault.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael Woelfel in Huntington.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gregory Howard Jr.
