Man alleges customer failed to pay in full for restoration of '65 Corvette

NEW CUMBERLAND – A Chester man is suing a New Cumberland man who allegedly failed to pay him in full for the restoration of a 1965 Corvette.

Frank C. Manypenny filed a complaint in Hancock Circuit Court against Daniel Strapazzon alleging breach of contract.

The suit states that the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement for the plaintiff to restore the defendant's 1965 Corvette. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff in full for the restoration and currently owes the plaintiff $20,825 for the parts and labor.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. He is representing himself.

The case has been assigned to Judge Jason A. Cuomo.
