Manpower claims a client owes over $15,000 for staffing services

CHARLESTON — A staffing company is suing a client, alleging it is owed more than $15,000.

Manpower of WV Inc., dba Manpower, filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Viking Building Supply of West Virginia LLC, dba Viking Building Supply.

The suit states the plaintiff issued services to the defendant but the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the work delivered in the balance of $15,901.13 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William Slicer of Shuman, McCuskey & Slicer PLLC in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tod Kaufman.
