Tina White, as executrix of the estate of Mary Jane Knighton, filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Sunbridge Dunbar Health Care LLC, dba Dunbar Center, and Genesis Healthcare LLC.

The suit states Knighton was a resident at the defendant's nursing home beginning on Feb. 9, 2018.
