BECKLEY — A woman is suing her condo manager, alleging the condo association has failed to improve drainage which has caused flooding and mold growth.
Donna Faye Clay filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Pine Park Condominiums and Pine Park Owners Maintenance Association Inc.
The suit states the plaintiff's unit suffered flooding in June 2018. The defendants have failed to improve the drainage system, which has resulted in the plaintiff's unit developing mold.
The defendants are accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kyle Lusk of Lusk & Bradford PLLC in Beckley.
