RDP Electrical Services Plus alleged to owe more than $30,000 for goods ordered

FAYETTEVILLE – A Maryland company alleges a Fayetteville business failed to pay for goods it ordered.

R.E. Michel Co. LLC filed a complaint in Fayette Circuit Court against RDP Electrical Services Plus LLC alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The suit states that the defendant submitted a sales agreement to the plaintiff on May 8, 2017, for the purchase of goods on credit. The plaintiff alleges it sold certain goods to the defendant and the defendant received them, but has failed to pay for them.

The plaintiff alleges it is currently owed $34,276.85 plus interest and attorneys' fees of more than $8,000.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato and Keating P.C. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul M. Blake.
