MOUNDSVILLE – A Pennsylvania company alleges it was not paid in full for work related to a pipeline project and is owed millions.

Earth Pipeline Services Inc. filed a complaint to foreclose on a mechanic's lien in Marshall Circuit Court against Columbia Gas Transmission LLC.

The suit states the plaintiff was contracted to provide work and materials related to the defendant's Mountaineer Express Pipeline project in Marshall and Wetzel counties. The plaintiff alleges the total cost of the work was $7.3 million, but it was only paid $3.6 million of that price. It alleges $3.6 million is still owing.

The plaintiff is seeking an order to enforce its mechanic's lien against the defendant's title, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arthur W. Zamosky of Berstein-Burkley PC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Arch W. Riley Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley in Wheeling.
