Earth Pipeline Services alleges it is owed more than $3.6 million for pipeline project work

NEW MARTINSVILLE – A Canonsburg, Pennsylvania company alleges it was not paid in full for work it performed relating to a pipeline project.

Earth Pipeline Services Inc. filed a complaint to foreclose mechanic's lien in Wetzel Circuit Court against Columbia Gas Transmission LLC.

The suit states that the plaintiff supplied labor and/or materials relating to the defendant's Mountaineer Express Pipeline Project in Marshall and Wetzel counties.

The plaintiff alleges its total services cost $7.3 million, but it has only been paid $3.6 million. 

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arthur W. Zamosky of Bernstein-Burkley PC in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and by Arch W. Riley Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley PC in Wheeling.

The case has been assigned to Judge David W. Hummel Jr.
