WAYNE – An equipment company alleges it is owed more than $6,000 from a customer for rental equipment.
Rish Equipment Co. filed a complaint in Wayne Circuit Court against Carey Concrete Inc.
The suit states that the plaintiff provided rental equipment to the defendant in April 2018. The defendant allegedly has failed to pay the plaintiff for its services and it is owed $6,739.25.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington.
