Carter Machinery alleges Revelation Energy owes more than $500,000 for services

HUNTINGTON – An equipment rental and repair company alleges a Cabell County business failed to pay for its services.

Carter Machinery Co. Inc. filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Revelation Energy LLC.

The suit states that the plaintiff issued rental equipment to the defendant from 2015 to 2017. The plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to pay for the services and the balance of $578,128.04 is due and owing.

The defendant is accused of failure to pay.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ryan S. Marsteller of Bailes, Craig & Yon PLLC in Huntington.

The case has been assigned to Judge Alfred E. Ferguson.
