Northgate Property Owners Association alleges trust owes more than $78,000 in fees

CHARLESTON – A property management company for a business park alleges a real estate owner owes more than $78,000 for association fees.

Northgate Property Owners Association Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Jennette L. Corey Marital Trust.

The suit states that the plaintiff provides property management services for properties in the NorthGate Business Park and the defendant purchased real estate in the park in 1996.

The defendant allegedly sporadically failed to make its payments to the plaintiff for association fees beginning in 2012, resulting in a balance owing of $78,577.28.

The defendant is accused of failure to pay.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John F. Leaberry of the Law Office of John Leaberry PLLC in Lewisburg.

The case has been assigned to Judge Carrie Webster.
