MOUNDSVILLE – The surviving son of a Texas man killed at a Marshall County job site has filed a wrongful death suit against the companies who owned, maintained, managed or operated the site.

Colt W. The suit states that the plaintiff was driving on the defendants' work site in Marshall County on March 16, 2018, when the ground gave way and Sanders Jr. fell off of the side of hill. The suit states he was ejected from his vehicle and died as a result.
