MORGANTOWN – The spouse of a late Mount Hope man has filed a suit against several physicians and medical facilities after he died a day after being discharged from the hospital.

Thu Thanh Elswick, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Norman Douglas Elswick, filed a complaint in Monongalia Circuit Court against West Virginia University Board of Governors; West Virginia University Medical Corp.; West Virginia University Hospitals Inc., doing business as J.W.
