Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration alleges it is owed more than $7,000 for remediation work

WHEELING – A Wheeling cleaning and restoration company alleges it was not paid for remediation work done at a Parkersburg property.

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration Inc. filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against CS Investments LLC alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The suit states that the plaintiff and defendant entered into an emergency work authorization agreement in December 2016 for the remediation of water damage at the defendant's Parkersburg property.

The suit states the defendant was provided with an invoice for the balance of $7,433.51 and the defendant allegedly has failed to pay it.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Erik A. Schramm and Erik A. Schramm Jr. of Hanlon, Estadt, McCormick & Schramm Co. LPA in St. Clairsville, Ohio.

The case has been assigned to Judge Michael J. Olejasz.
