Walker Machinery alleges G.A. Carlson damaged equipment and failed to pay

FAYETTEVILLE – A Belle machinery company alleges that a customer damaged its equipment and has failed to pay for the repairs.

Cecil I Walker Machinery Co. filed a complaint in Fayette Circuit Court against G.A. Carlson LLC, doing business as G.A. Carlson & Co., alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that the plaintiff rented equipment to the defendant on an open account from Jan. 4 to Jan. 10, 2018. The defendant allegedly damaged the plaintiff's equipment and has failed to pay for the damages, which are estimated to be $6,182.11.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James F. Tomasik of Reisenfeld & Associates LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The case has been assigned to Judge Paul M. Blake Jr.
