Woman alleges damaged concrete at Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram caused fall

WHEELING – A Wheeling woman alleges she was injured in a fall at an auto dealership because of damaged concrete.

Monika Hood filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against Constantin Motors Inc., doing business as Elm Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, alleging negligence.

The suit states that the plaintiff was at the defendant's facility on May 26, 2017, and was caused to fall due to damaged concrete.

The plaintiff alleges she was injured in the fall and the defendant failed to maintain its premises in a safe condition.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael G. Simon of Frankovitch, Anetakis, Simon, DeCapio & Pearl LLP in Weirton.
