HUNTINGTON – A Charleston woman is suing an Ohio company and its employee over allegations of injuries when a tractor-trailer collided with her vehicle in Huntington.
Vicktoria L. Floyd filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against the BESL Transfer Co. and Steve P. Pittman alleging negligence.
The suit states that the plaintiff was lawfully driving her car on U.S. 60 in Huntington when her car was struck by a tractor-trailer owned by BESL and operated by Pittman. The suit states Pittman made a right turn without using a turn signal.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William C. Forbes and Jesse Forbes of Forbes Law Offices PLLC in Charleston.
The case has been assigned to Judge Alfred Ferguson.
