MOUNDSVILLE – A Marshall County woman is suing a Moundsville deli alleging that she was injured in a trip and fall.
Anne Brown filed a complaint in Marshall Circuit Court against Greg's Deli Inc. alleging negligence.
The suit states that the plaintiff was a guest at the defendant's store at 2400 Fourth St., Moundsville on Oct. 31, 2018, when she was caused to trip and fall due to a dangerous condition. She alleges she injured her arm, shoulder, neck and back in the fall.
The plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to warn her of the dangerous condition and failed to correct it.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel M. Balgo of Balgo Law Offices LLC in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Jeffrey Cramer.
