Princeton car dealership alleges ImageOne Industries employee drove onto property and struck two vehicles

PRINCETON – A Princeton car dealership alleges the driver of a rental truck drove onto its property and caused more than $17,000 in damages.

Bilco Inc., doing business as Pantili Mitsubishi, filed a complaint in Mercer Circuit Court against ImageOne Industries LLC and John Doe alleging negligence.

The suit states that ImageOne rented a truck on Oct. 3, 2018, from Enterprise Leasing Co. of Philadelphia and Doe operated the truck. The suit states on Oct 5, 2018, while driving on Oakvale Road in Princeton, Doe lost control of the truck and drove it onto the plaintiff's property. The plaintiff alleges Doe caused landscaping damages to its property and collided with two of the plaintiff's inventory vehicles. The plaintiff alleges it sustained more than $17,000 in damages.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David M. Kersey and Taylor Bohon of Brewster, Morhous, Cameron, Caruth, Moore, Kersey & Stafford PLLC in Bluefield.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge William J. Sadler.
