BAILEY GLASSER LLP: Gov. Justice Appoints Bailey & Glasser Investigator To House Of Delegates

Bailey & Glasser L.L.P. issued the following announcement on May 20.

Little will represent Wirt and Wood counties in the House of Delegates. He was sworn in by state Supreme Court Justice Tim Armstead.

Prior to joining Bailey & Glasser, Little had a long and decorated public service career devoted to investigating public corruption and white-collar crime. He spent 15 years in the West Virginia State Police and 23 years in the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service. He also served for a time as senior investigator to the U.S. House of Representatives’ Government Reform and Oversight Committee.

At Bailey & Glasser, Little has been instrumental in many cases involving financial and white-collar crimes. He was the lead investigator in an antitrust case against paving companies in West Virginia that led to lawsuits filed by several West Virginia cities and the state.
