CHARLESTON – A Milton woman is suing a health care facility and others over allegations she was threatened and harassed.
Rebecca A. Goodman filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against CAMC General, Dr. Wyatt, and others alleging malpractice.
The plaintiff alleges Wyatt was not professional and threatened and harassed her. She also alleges a defendant only identified as "Craig in security" threatened and harassed her.
The plaintiff is representing herself.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Tera L. Salango.
