Man alleges Cornerstone Hospital of Huntington failed to clear walkway of object that caused fall

HUNTINGTON – A Mingo County man is suing a Cabell County hospital alleging that he was injured in a fall on its premises.

Robert D. Toler filed a complaint in Cabell Circuit Court against Cornerstone Hospital of Huntington LLC alleging negligence.

The suit states that the plaintiff tripped on an object in the walkway at the defendant's premises and fell. He alleges the defendant was negligent through its alleged failure to clear the pathway for the plaintiff's safety.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Steven S. Wolfe and J. Christopher White of Wolfe, White & Associates in Logan.

The case has been assigned to Judge Gregory Howard Jr.
