Woman accuses associate at Monongalia Co. auto dealer of allegedly sexually inappropriate behavior

MORGANTOWN – A Pennsylvania woman alleges a sales associate of a Monongalia County auto dealership exposed himself to her while she was test driving a truck.

Vicki Hoyle filed a complaint in Monongalia Circuit Court against Premier Chevrolet Buick GMC of Morgantown Inc. and Michael Gibson alleging negligence and vicarious liability.

The suit states that the plaintiff went to Premier Chevrolet Buick GMC of Morgantown on March 11 to test drive and purchase a new truck and Gibson assisted her. She alleges Gibson accompanied her on the test drive and engaged in unlawful, sexually inappropriate behavior that included exposing his penis to her.

The plaintiff alleges she left the premises and contacted Premier about Gibson's alleged behavior. She alleges Premier failed to take her complaint seriously.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Samuel H. Harrold III and Ronald G. Kramer II of Mountain State Law in Clarksburg.
