BECKLEY – A Raleigh County business alleges it is owed more than $85,000 from a mining company for goods it purchased.
Professional Highwall Mining Services LLC filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Omega Highwall Mining LLC, Omega Holdings LLC and Omega Highwall Mining II LLC alleging failure to pay.
The suit states that Omega Highwall Mining ordered and purchased a number of parts and services from the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges it is still owed the balance of $89,094.05.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William S. Winfrey II in Princeton.
