Motorists seek damages over rear-end collision with EAN Holdings truck

CHARLESTON – A couple from Foster is seeking damages from a driver after their vehicle was rear-ended.

Phillip James White and Aleesa White filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Michael Jason Rhodes and EAN Holdings LLC alleging negligence.

The suit states that the plaintiffs were traveling on May 15, 2017, when Rhodes failed to maintain control of his vehicle and rear-ended their vehicle. The suit states Rhodes was driving a vehicle owned by EAN Holdings.

The plaintiffs allege Rhodes failed to maintain control of his vehicle.

The plaintiffs are seeking a trial by jury, all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kevin P. Davis and Michael D. Payne in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Jennifer Bailey.
