BrickStreet Mutual Insurance alleges Oilfield Solutions owes more than $16,000 for policy

CHARLESTON – A Charleston-based insurance company is suing a client who allegedly failed to pay more than $16,000 for a policy.

BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Co. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Oilfield Solutions LLC alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The suit states that the plaintiff provided the defendant with workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance under a policy from Aug. 7, 2017, to Jan. 16, 2018. The plaintiff alleges the defendant owes it $16,796.00 for premiums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arnold J. Janicker and Steven P. Turner of Jenkins Fenstermaker PLLC in Huntington.

The case has been assigned to Judge Louis Bloom.
