MOUNDSVILLE – A Benwood woman is suing a Valley Grove contractor over allegations that it failed to complete contracted work and that one of its employees removed items from her home.

Julie Powell filed a complaint in Marshall Circuit Court against Lloyd Klages LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.
